What this site is, plainly

FortSmithTowing.com is a referral service operated by AbhiShri LLC. We are not a tow company, we do not own tow trucks, and nobody here drives one.

What we do is simpler: when you call or send the form, we take down your location, your vehicle, and what happened, and we connect you with an independent licensed local tow operator who covers your area. That operator quotes your job, dispatches their truck, and performs the work under their own business, on their own equipment.

Why we run it this way

Finding a tow at 11 p.m. on the shoulder of I-540 means scrolling listings and hoping someone answers. We compress that into one call. The operators we refer are local businesses working Fort Smith, Van Buren, Alma, and the surrounding metro every day, and Arkansas tow businesses are permitted by the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board. On the Oklahoma side of the metro, operators work under Oklahoma’s own rules.

The one standard we hold the process to: you get a price on the phone before the truck rolls. The operator quotes the job up front, so the number at drop-off is the number you agreed to.

What we handle and what we do not

This site handles consent tows and roadside service you request: towing, flatbed work, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, and junk car removal. It does not handle police-ordered tows, impound releases, or anything you did not ask for; those follow a separate process run by the agency involved.
